Our 2022 Performing Arts Competition will be held March 18-20 at Alexander Central High School in Taylorsville.
Every year, Carolina Dance Masters hosts the Performing Arts Competition as a way to bring our members together and to give students an opportunity to showcase their hard work. This is our organization’s largest annual fundraising event!
Students compete in various areas, including ballet, tap, jazz, lyrical, and more. Performances are judged based on technique, costume, presentation, and other categories by highly qualified and experienced dance professionals. As with most competitions, judges’ reviews are given back to the students so they can use this experience as an educational opportunity.
